Rights that come first
Nothing on this page excludes or limits:
- your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, including when goods are faulty, damaged or not as described;
- our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- our liability under the Liability for Defective Products Act 1991;
- any other liability that Irish law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
If anything on this page conflicts with those rights, the rights win.
Limits the law allows
Where the law allows a limit, our total liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We are not liable for loss that neither of us could reasonably have expected when you placed your order. We are also not liable for business losses, such as lost profit, because our products are sold for personal and household use.
The products
Our products are sleepwear, bedding, pillowcases and accessories. They are not designed to prevent injury or loss and are not safety equipment. Please follow the care guidance given with each product.
The website
We provide general information on this site in good faith and take reasonable care to keep it accurate. We cannot promise the site will always be available or free of errors or omissions, and the information on it is not a guarantee of any result.
We are not responsible for fraud, hacking or other unlawful acts by third parties that we could not reasonably have prevented.
Indemnity for misuse of the website
If you misuse this website unlawfully, for example by uploading harmful code or infringing someone else's rights, and that causes us loss or leads to a claim against us, we may seek to recover that loss from you to the extent the law allows. This does not apply to ordinary use of the site or of the products you buy.
