What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, the items you order, any embroidery text and the delivery option you choose.
- Payment details: Stripe or PayPal collect these on their own services. We receive a payment reference and the result, not your full card number.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form (including any photo you attach), by email or through the chat assistant.
- Website data: technical details such as your IP address, browser and device, recorded when pages are served. Analytics data is collected only as described in the cookie section below.
There are no customer accounts on this site, so we do not hold passwords or profiles.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To take, pack, deliver and support your order, and to handle returns and refunds. Basis: the contract with you.
- To answer your questions. Basis: the contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
- To keep accounting and tax records. Basis: our legal obligations.
- To prevent fraud and keep the website secure. Basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe shop.
- To understand how the website is used through analytics cookies. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who receives your information
We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
- Stripe and PayPal, to take payment and prevent fraud;
- Vercel, which hosts this website and its checkout functions;
- Supabase, which stores our order records;
- Resend, which sends order confirmation emails and delivers contact form messages to us;
- Google, for Google Analytics 4, under the consent rules in our cookie policy;
- IntellextAI, which provides the chat assistant and processes what you type into it;
- the courier that delivers your order, which receives your name, delivery address and phone number.
Our pages link to Trustpilot for reviews. If you follow a link or leave a review there, Trustpilot's own privacy policy applies. The same goes for the parcel tracking service that opens when you use our Track Your Parcel page: it receives the tracking code you enter.
We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.
Transfers outside the EEA
Our registered office is in Thailand, and some of our team and our providers process information outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or the Commission's standard contractual clauses. Email us for more detail on the safeguards used.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for six years, as Irish law requires for business records. Messages are kept as long as needed to deal with your question and any follow-up. Other information is kept only as long as it is needed for the reason it was collected.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- erase it, where we no longer need to keep it;
- restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it based on legitimate interests;
- give it to you, or another business, in a common electronic format.
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. For cookies, use the cookie settings link in the footer.
Email theteam@customersupport.care to use any of these rights. We may need to check your identity first, and we reply within one month. Some records, such as those we must keep for tax, cannot be erased until the legal period ends.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please tell us first so we can try to fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland's supervisory authority, at dataprotection.ie, or to the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live.
Keeping your information safe
The site runs over an encrypted connection, and access to order records is limited to the people who need it. Please do not send card details or passwords in messages or the chat.
Cookies and browser storage
Your basket, delivery choice and cookie choice are kept in your browser. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them if you are in the EEA. The cookie policy has the details.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
