Shipping and delivery

What delivery costs

  • Free standard delivery when your goods total, after any discount, is €50 or more.
  • €22 for standard delivery below that.
  • €22 for Express Delivery, an optional upgrade. It is charged even when your order qualifies for free standard delivery.

Your basket shows the delivery charge before you pay.

How long it takes

For delivery in Ireland, allow 5 to 7 days. That is on top of our 24 to 48 hours of order handling while your order is picked and packed. Most orders ship within 24 hours.

Personalised embroidery adds 2 to 3 days before the order ships.

These times are estimates. If you need an order by a particular date, or you are ordering to an address outside Ireland, email us before you order and we will tell you what to expect.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use it on our Track Your Parcel page. If the email has not arrived, check your junk folder first.

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. More than one tracking number is normal and not a mistake.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking has stopped moving, your parcel has not arrived, or it shows as delivered but you do not have it, email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number. We will chase the courier and do our best to help.

If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, or by a date we agreed with you, you can ask us to deliver within a further reasonable time. If we still do not, you can end the contract and we refund everything you paid. That is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
