Track Your Parcel

Enter your tracking code

Your tracking code is emailed to you once your order has been handled and shipped, usually 24 to 48 hours after you order.

We only receive the tracking code once the parcel has shipped, no sooner. So there is no need to contact us for it straight after ordering: it will come to you by email.

To track your order, enter the code from that email in the box below and press the "Track parcel" button.

More than one tracking code

Items in the same order may be sent in separate parcels, each with its own code. That is normal.

If you have not received a tracking email, check your junk folder first. If your tracking has stopped moving or your parcel has not arrived, email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number. Delivery times and your rights are on our shipping page.
