What is your returns policy?
You can change your mind and return an item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This right comes from EU consumer law, given effect in Ireland by the Consumer Rights Act 2022. When will I get my refund?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours of your return reaching us, and always within 14 days of you telling us you want to withdraw. We may wait until the item is back or you show proof of sending. What if my item arrives faulty or wrong?
