We are an online store, with no physical shop or premises to visit.
Can I return my item?
If you change your mind:
- You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Our own policy also accepts returns within 15 days of purchase, and whichever gives you longer applies.
- You pay the return postage for a change of mind.
- We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the item is back or you show proof of sending.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described:
- We will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, and we pay the return postage.
