Which items can be embroidered?
Eligible mulberry silk garments, bedding and pillowcases: for example our men's and women's mulberry silk pyjamas, the men's mulberry silk dressing gown, men's silk boxer shorts, the mulberry silk flat sheet and mulberry silk pillowcases.
Can satin items be embroidered?
No. Satin pyjamas, robes, pillowcases and bedding are not included. The service is for mulberry silk only.
Can I have a sleep mask or hair bonnet embroidered?
No. The service covers eligible silk garments, bedding and pillowcases only.
How do I order embroidery?
Add the silk item to your basket first. Then come back to this page, choose that item from the list, type your text and add the embroidery to your basket.
How many characters can I have?
Up to 30 characters, including spaces.
What can I have embroidered?
A name or a monogram, such as your initials.
Can I choose the font or thread colour?
The order page does not offer a choice of font or thread colour. If this matters to you, ask us through the contact page (/contact) before you order.

Can I embroider more than one item?
Yes. Add the embroidery once for each item. Each one costs €10.

Allow an extra 2 to 3 days.
How long will my order take in total?
Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to handle your order, 2 to 3 days for the embroidery, then 5 to 7 days for delivery.

Check your text carefully before you add it to your basket. We stitch exactly what you type.
What if you make a mistake with my embroidery?
If the embroidery is faulty or not what you ordered, we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, and pay any return postage.
Can I return an embroidered item if I change my mind?
The 14-day change-of-mind right does not cover the embroidery, because it is made to your specification. Your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect items still apply. If you are unsure, ask us before you order.
Can I add embroidery to an order I have already placed?
Contact us through the contact page (/contact) straight away. Most orders ship within 24 hours, so we may not be able to add it once your order is on its way.
Is embroidered silk a good gift?
Yes. A name or monogram makes silk pyjamas, a sheet or a pillowcase feel personal.
How do I care for embroidered silk?
Follow the care label on the silk item. Gentle washing helps keep both the silk and the stitching looking good.
When will I get a refund if something is wrong?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours of a return reaching us, and always within 14 days. Refunds go to your original payment method, or we can hold them as credit if you ask.
Can I cancel embroidery after ordering?
Contact us through the contact page (/contact) as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours. Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they ship.
How can I pay?
By card through Stripe, or with PayPal.
Is my payment information safe?
Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal, over an encrypted connection. We never see your full card number.
Do I need an account to order?
No. There are no customer accounts on this site. You check out as a guest.
