Light indoor slippers with a quilted satin footbed, plush lining and rubber sole.

These women's house slippers have a satin bow knot on top, a quilted satin footbed and a soft plush lining. The rubber sole makes them easy to wear around the home.

The upper is polyester satin. We list them as silk slippers because of the silky finish, but they are not made from silk.

Choose Blue/Grey or Pink, in size EU 35 - 37 or EU 38-40.

They are made for indoor use. The rubber sole is fine for a quick step outside, but they are not outdoor shoes.

Is this sold as a pair?

Yes, you get one pair.

Can I return slippers I have tried on?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind (or 15 days from purchase if that is longer). Try them on a clean indoor floor so they stay in good condition. You pay return postage for a change of mind.

Would these go with a robe or pyjamas from the store?

Yes. The Pink pair goes well with our pink satin robe, and Blue/Grey suits most colours.

Can I add embroidery?

No. Our embroidery service is only for mulberry silk garments, bedding and pillowcases, so it is not offered on these slippers.

What if my item arrives faulty or wrong?

If it is faulty, damaged, the wrong item or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, and we pay the return postage. Contact us through the contact page (/contact) with a photo if you can.

Do you refund the delivery charge if I return an item?

Yes, we refund the standard delivery charge along with the price. If you chose Express when free standard delivery was available, we do not refund the extra you paid for Express.

When will I get my refund?

We refund within 14 days of you telling us you want to withdraw. We may wait until the item is back with us, or until you show proof you sent it. In practice we process refunds 24 to 48 hours after the return arrives. The money goes back to your original payment method, or we hold it as credit if you ask.

How do I start a return?

Email us (the address is on the contact page, /contact) with your order number and the item you want to send back. We will reply with the return address. The refunds and returns page (/refunds-and-returns) has the full details.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, with no reason needed. Our own policy also accepts returns within 15 days of purchase, and whichever gives you longer applies. For a change of mind, you pay the return postage.

Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If you ordered several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. If you are still worried, contact us through the contact page (/contact) or the chat and we will look into it.
